Sustainable Innovation
“We make our glasses by hand using copper and metal as if they came from the Middle Ages, the era in which the bestiary was born, but at the same time they have a modern and creative touch that identifies us..
In this way, we create an unparalleled experience when tasting our cocktails, each with its own shape and character.”
Luca Corradini, world-renowned creative mixologist, bartender and craftsman.
Sustainable Innovation
"Inside the Cocktail Bar There is a Workshop Where We Make Our Creations in a Sustainable Way."
We wanted to give a more special prominence to sustainable materials used during the Middle Ages, such as the copper.
Just like medieval artisans, at El Bestiari we have forged and moulded our own cocktail glasses with fire and at high temperatures with our hands of sustainable and Km 0 way.
Inside the cocktail bar itself there is a small copper workshop where we carry out all our creations.
We also have other workshops of our own, such as ceramic workshop and the innovation workshop with 3D printing, which serve us to create our beasts, many of which are for sale in the same bar.
Copper, a safe material
We use copper in our glasses in a safe way. Each glass has an inner coating, so the liquid never touches the copper.
Each piece of the glass is cut, sanded, forged and shaped by our own hands, subjecting it to a high heat source.
Copper glasses are perfect conductors of cold. Your drink will stay cold for longer and these glasses are also suitable for the freezer.
If you want your own copper glass and also have your own design, you can take one of our cocktail Masterclasses that includes the part of painting your copper glass, which you can take home to enjoy with your very cold drinks.
